About the role
- Design and deploy AI and machine learning models that automate customer-service workflows in Grundfos’s global shared-services Data and AI team (Chennai).
- Work with stakeholders to find AI use cases, build and maintain data pipelines, integrate with RPA tools, CRM systems and cloud services, and monitor and improve model performance.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related.
- Skills: Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn; hands-on LLM work (prompt design, structured extraction, checking AI outputs); API integration and structured plus unstructured data.
- Nice to have: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or similar tools; ERP or CRM experience, preferably SAP.
