About the role
- Work in Gartner’s Insights and Product Analytics team on data science projects that turn large volumes of structured and unstructured data into insights, with a focus on text analytics, NLP and LLMs.
- Build ML, deep learning and GenAI solutions, create knowledge-retrieval capabilities, and set standards for evaluation, guardrails, prompt engineering and responsible AI.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strict turnaround times.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Maths or related, with an AI or data science focus.
- Skills: Python, Databricks or AWS, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, spaCy or NLTK, vector databases, Azure/AWS/GCP, Spark, LLM customisation (RAG, tuning), basic Excel/Power BI/Streamlit visualisation, strong communication.
