About the role
Bitdeer AI, part of Bitdeer Technologies Group, is a full-stack AI cloud provider covering AI data centres, infrastructure, platform services and model-as-a-service. This is a full-time Graduate Talent Trainee Program in Singapore or Penang, Malaysia.
What you will work on
Trainees help build systems across cloud services (GPU VMs, bare metal, networking, storage, billing), managed Kubernetes, AI training and inference platforms, AI agent platforms, and advanced AI systems such as GPU scheduling and MLOps/LLMOps.
Career tracks
Placement depends on interview results and business needs. Tracks include cloud platform engineering, AI operations/MLOps/SRE, model serving and training infrastructure, AI agent and application engineering, AI and cloud security, and AI research. Rotations across roles are offered.
Eligibility
Fresh graduates (bachelor’s, master’s or PhD) from any discipline, or candidates with up to two years of related experience.
Skills
- Strong programming in one or more of Go, Python, C++, Java or Rust.
- Preferred: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, monitoring tools, databases or other cloud-native technologies, and experience with large-scale platforms.
- Valued: project achievements, open-source work, competition results, ownership and engineering discipline.
