About the role
- Build and deploy AI/ML algorithms for a sustainability-focused GenAI company at its Noida office, including fine-tuning large language models and integrating generative AI into the product.
- Develop software, datasets and deep learning models, keep the application performing well, and fix bugs while keeping code quality and automation high.
- Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, ML or a related field.
- Skills: strong Python with working C++, data structures and algorithms, OOP, deep learning with PyTorch or TensorFlow, Transformers, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases such as Qdrant, SQL, and LangChain, LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Preferred: agentic and multi-agent workflows, LLM evaluation and inference optimisation, end-to-end GenAI deployment.
