About the role
- Early-career engineer on one of Notion’s AI teams: AI product engineering, model and systems engineering, or evaluation and quality work.
- Expected outcomes: help prototype and ship an AI-powered improvement, own a scoped productionisation project (monitoring, guardrails, latency or cost), and build or extend evaluation sets and experiments.
- Skills: fewer than two years of engineering experience, solid data structures, algorithms and distributed-systems basics, some AI/ML exploration through courses, projects, internships or hackathons, and some Postgres or MySQL familiarity.
