About the role
- Work in the modelling team behind Quantcast’s real-time ad bidding, building ML systems that make predictions in under 100 ms at huge request volumes.
- Design, code, test and debug ML applications, run modelling experiments, and optimise performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with senior scientists and engineers, do code reviews, and get hands-on mentorship.
- Education: degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering or an adjacent field.
- Skills: Python, Java or similar; strong probability, statistics and hypothesis testing; ML basics (classification, regression, clustering, ranking, NLP or LLMs); Pandas, NumPy and a framework like PyTorch, scikit-learn or XGBoost.
