About the role
- Join United’s Analytics and Innovation team in Gurugram to build ML and GenAI solutions for operations, contact centres, revenue and other departments.
- Analyse operational data, build models and recommendations, deploy solutions and set up data pipelines and monitoring, including work on text, voice and image models.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to prototype faster and present findings to team leads and stakeholders.
- Education: BTech or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, CS, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Maths or Economics; internship or full-time analytics/data science experience.
- Skills: Python or R, SQL, Excel, intermediate knowledge of tree-based models, boosting and clustering, probability and statistics, and clear communication with business audiences.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, deep learning with NLP or computer vision, LLM and agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain, AWS or Azure.
