These terms apply to your use of technika.app and any emails or forms connected to it. The site is run by Biotecnika Info Labs Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, India (“Technika”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Technika is

Technika publishes AI and IT industry news, lists of fresher jobs and internships, and learning resources, and promotes AI courses. Job posts are gathered from employer career pages and other public sources.

Using the site

You may read and share the content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish our content in bulk, or try to interfere with the site or its security.
You must give accurate details when you register or submit a form.

Jobs and internships

We do not employ you, recruit for the listed companies, or promise an interview or a job. We try to link to the employer’s own application page and we never ask for money to apply. If anyone asks you to pay for a job listed here, do not pay and tell us through the contact form. Details such as dates, locations and eligibility can change, so please confirm them on the employer’s page.

Courses and purchases

Course details, prices and offers shown on Technika can change. A separate enrolment page or invoice will set out the specific terms, fees and refund rules for the course you buy, and those apply in addition to these terms. Completing a course does not guarantee a job or a particular salary.

Your submissions

If you send us a message, feedback or an idea, you allow us to use it to improve Technika without payment. We will handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logos and other material on Technika belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners. Using them in a way that suggests endorsement needs written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to employer, news and tool websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

No warranty and limits on liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, after you have first tried to resolve it with us in good faith through the contact form.
