About the role

• Join American Express’s Data Science and Analytics team in Gurugram, supporting international marketing investment and prospect analytics.
• Forecast key finance and acquisition metrics, support yearly and long-term planning, analyse welcome offers and incentive spend, and support lifetime-value and profitability models.
• Build insight suites and scorecards and deliver analytical studies to senior business stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering (postgraduate preferred).
• Skills: Python, ML, PySpark, SQL, Hive and Google Cloud at working level; hands-on data cleaning, modelling, statistics and hypothesis testing; strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Nice to have: Tableau or Power BI.
