About the role

• Early-career engineer building and running LLM, agentic and retrieval-based AI applications for Zonda (CoStar Group’s housing-market business) in Glasgow.
• Turn product requirements into technical solutions, build experiments and evaluations for quality, latency and cost, and prepare data for embedding and retrieval systems.
• Help deploy, monitor and debug AI services; write clean tested code and join code reviews.
• Education: Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Maths, AI/ML or similar, or equivalent practical experience. Internships, research and substantial projects count as experience.
• Skills: strong Python, at least one meaningful AI/ML project, understanding of prompting, tool use, embeddings and RAG, Git, clear communication.
• Nice to have: LangGraph/LangChain/AutoGen, vector databases, SQL, APIs, AWS or other cloud, Docker/CI/CD/Kubernetes, core ML and NLP knowledge.
