About the role

• Help build AI features for Deloitte’s AI-powered internal products in Sydney (hybrid), working with structured and unstructured data to speed up client deliverables.
• Support pipelines for data extraction, retrieval (RAG) and validation; contribute test sets, quality checks and regression tests for prompts and workflows.
• Help ship and run AI services and learn monitoring basics such as accuracy and latency tracking; work with practitioners, engineers and security.
• Education: degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related (or equivalent practical experience).
• Skills: strong Python and common data/AI libraries, APIs, testing, version control, code review, integrating with enterprise systems; hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompting, RAG or agentic workflows and simple production APIs such as FastAPI with SQL or NoSQL.
